English and Spanish Instructor-led courses make workplace training more effective and productive, with an easy step-by-step instructional format. These dynamic and engaging programs help build the confidence to respond in a Medical Emergency.
Training is available through traditional classroom and blended learning options.
Programs are based on the 2015 International Consensus on Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and Emergency Cardiovascular Care (ECC) Science with Treatment Recommendations (CoSTR) and other evidence-based treatment recommendations. Conforms to 2015 American Heart Association Guidelines for CPR and ECC and 2015 American Red Cross Guidelines.
We offer a variety of Brands and Program Certification through American Heart Association, American Red Cross and Medic First Aid.
Adult CPR, AED and First Aid
This training program is designed specifically for the occupational first aid provider. This extremely flexible program will help employees meet OSHA and other Federal and State regulatory requirements for training to respond and care for medical emergencies at work.
Average Completion Time: 3 hours
Pediatric - Adult CPR, AED, and First Aid
This program provides an ideal training solution for Teachers, Special Education, Athletic Trainers, School Bus Drivers, Coaches, Personal Trainers, Security Guards, Babysitters, and others required to learn how to respond to medical emergencies involving children. Program helps meet diverse job requirements for pediatric health and safety training. The program is designed specifically for the occupation first aid provider.
Medic First Aid Pediatric Program is approved by the California Emergency Medical Services Authority and California Highway Patrol for School Bus Drivers.
Completion Time: 4 - 5 hours
California Emergency Medical Services Authority 8 Hour Pediatric - Adult CPR, AED and First Aid Child Care Providers
This course covers specific topics, knowledge and skills required for Childcare Providers, School Bus Drivers, Foster Parents and Adopting Parents required to learn how to prevent and respond to medical emergencies involving infants, children and adults.
Medic First Aid Pediatric Program is approved by the California Emergency Medical Services Authority and California Highway Patrol.
Childcare providers completing this course will have the EMSA stickers placed directly on their certification card.

EMSA 8 Hours Preventive Health and Safety
This training program is a requirement for New Licensed Child Care Providers. The course covers recognition, management, communication, and prevention of infectious diseases, immunizations and prevention of childhood injuries in childcare facilities.
This certification has no expiration. The Source Preventive Health & Safety Program is EMSA approved.
Completion Time: 8 hours
Blended Learning: Online Session + Hands on Skills = Certification
Adult CPR, AED and First Aid or Pediatric - Adult CPR, AED and First Aid
Blended Learning combines the convenience of online learning that meets knowledge and hands on skills objectives with an instructor. There are flexible schedules for individuals or groups.
It’s important to note that participants must successfully complete both the online lessons and the hands-on skills session with an Instructor to obtain certification.
Online session: 2.5 hours.
Hands On Skills Session with Instructor: 1 hour.
Instructor-led skills sessions can be scheduled Monday - Saturday from 5 A.M.. - 10 P.M..
