The instructor Abril was very helpful in providing the course to renew my BSL training! She was very attentive and kind. Nick was also helpful in getting in contact with me and helping me set up an appointment to take the renewal course. I highly recommend this establishment for CPR/BSL training because everyone should know the basics when it comes to helping people out. The course was reasonably priced and there are cash + card options for paying for the course.

We had an excellent CPR training today at Baypoint with Nick from Medic First. The training was clear, engaging, and very informative. Nick did a great job explaining procedures, answering questions, and making sure everyone felt confident and prepared. He kept the session professional while still making it approachable and easy to follow. The CPR class was extremely informative and empowering. The instructor Jazmine Mendoza, explained everything clearly and made sure we felt confident practicing the techniques. I really appreciated the hands-on training, especially learning proper chest compressions and rescue breaths. This class gave me the knowledge and confidence to act quickly and potentially save a life. Highly recommended! This was the best CPR training.
